Very good- near excellent condition M.I.J. Pearl CH-02 Chorus. Would easily qualify as excellent if not for 1 large scratch on one side. 
No velcro residue, leaked battery corrosion or other faults often found in pedals that are 40 odd years old.
Stunningly quiet* for a pedal from this era.
All analog circuit that pushes into vibe territory when it's "dimed" .

The blend control really sets it apart from BOSS & other offerings from the day.
