Product Description

another rare gem from the sadly missed Tele Tony collection & a great example of Fender Japan at their best.

Early Crafted in Japan era Lefty `72 Telecaster Thinline reissue in way above condition for age, given it;s somewhere between 23-26 years old.
There is one ding on the back , otherwise we would be listing this as excellent-near mint.

Unique take on the `72 specs, 3 bolt neck , but still with Kluson type tuners.Maybe they weren't making lefty "F" tuners then!
Typical neck from that era, definitely a little fuller than the ultra-thin necks from the early MIJ times.
Frets do show some wear & low-spots, as as any great guitar that actually got gigged would have. Almost all fret wear is on the G & B strings , nothing above the 12th fret

all original ,bar the fresh strings & minor setup we just did.

Comes with a gigbag.

again this is a consignment item, no trades, low-ball offers etc
