What that means is it's a LEFT HANDED 1959 spec 6120 Chet Atkins reissue with horseshoe headstock inlay,zero fret, trestle bracing, lacquer finish with factory TV Jones pickups. Pretty much what you want every lefty Gretsch to be if you could ever find one!
In overall 9/10 condition, shows some VERY minor signs of general player wear, no major dings or scratches. Frets @ 90%+, no major signs of wear or gouges. 100% original tip to tail, all harware , electronics pickups etc Factory Original. Incredibly slim playable neck.
