Honest condition Fender Japan `62 Precision Bass reissue from original M.I.J.production era.Rare "I" series, 1989-90. I honestly don't think we have ever had an "I" series bass in theshop before.
Expected signs of general player wear as to be expected for an instrument that's at least 33 years old. A few marks on the pickguard etc.
Frets in great shape, no gouges or low spots.
All original wiring ,full size MIJ pots, pickups,larger vintage footprint tuners, hardware etc .

Orig red-tort guard looks perfect with this finish IMO!
The usual scar on the lower bout from a life in gigbags & subways.
