Rare & very early Fender Japan Custom Edition (Bass) VI. Original made in Japan L series dates from 1991-92, just before the original M.I.J. VI era.
A unique tone that no other bass/baritone seems to be able to capture, with the expanded Jaguar type switches & bass cut circuit. Low output pickups def add to this sound, all 3 measuring 6.3k.
Frets in way above average condition given the gigs this instrument has obviously seen. Evidence of a a dressing sometime in the distant past.
Wiring etc all original. Hardware showing appropriate aging.
