The 5th knob has lost it's silver can & there is a match-head size indent on the back, lower bout, sorry, I just can't get a picture that  shows it.
Comes with original hardcase & instruction booklet. Original pickguard "Made in the USA" sticker saved , stuck on the plastic bag that's in the case!
